The diagnosis call is free. Fixes are flat fees starting at $39, and new printer setup is $49. You hear the price before any paid work, and if we can’t fix it, you don’t pay.
Do you need remote access to my computer?
Often not — most fixes can be talked through. If remote access would help, we ask first, you see everything we do, and you can end it with one click at any time.
