HelpMeFixPrinter is an independent printer help service for homes and small offices across the United States. We publish free, plain-English guides and offer phone help for people who’d rather talk it through.
What we do
- Free troubleshooting and setup guides for Windows, Mac, Chromebook, iPhone and Android.
- Phone help with a free diagnosis and flat, published prices.
- Setup of new printers using official manufacturer software only.
What we don’t do
- We’re not HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Microsoft or Apple, and we never say we are.
- We don’t handle manufacturer warranty claims or hardware repairs — we’ll point you to the manufacturer for those.
- We don’t sell antivirus, “tune-ups” or subscriptions.
How we make money
Our guides are free with no catch. We earn from the flat-fee phone service described on our pricing page. If we can’t fix your problem, you don’t pay.
How we write our guides
Every guide is written for the current versions of Windows 11, Windows 10 and macOS, checked against the menus as they appear today, and dated so you know when it was last reviewed. When a manufacturer’s own tool is the best fix, we say so and link to it.
