Epson WorkForce setup and troubleshooting

WorkForce printers are Epson’s office inkjets, many with a document feeder and fax. Network and scanning setup cause most questions.

Independent guide: not affiliated with or endorsed by Epson.

How to set up a Epson WorkForce

  1. Use the control panel’s Wi-Fi Setup Wizard to connect.
  2. Install the Drivers and Utilities Combo Package from Epson’s support site.
  3. Set up scanning with Epson ScanSmart or Epson Scan 2.
  4. Reserve the printer’s IP address in your router.

Then add it to your computer: Windows 11 · Windows 10 · Mac · Chromebook · Phone

Worth knowing

Some WorkForce models are cartridge-based and some are ink-tank; follow the guide that matches yours.
