Refund policy

No fix, no fee

If we can’t resolve the issue you paid for, we refund that service in full. If we find the printer needs a hardware repair, we stop, tell you, and don’t charge.

If the problem comes back

If the same issue returns within 7 days of a paid fix, call us and we’ll fix it again at no charge.

Requesting a refund

Email support@helpmefixprinter.com or call 1-866-656-6696 within 14 days of your service with your name and the phone number you called from. Approved refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5–10 business days.
